If you haven't caught on just yet, the name is Emily, and she bakes!

1. I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease in my early twenties.

2. I am 5' 10', ya gal is tall

3. I am a fully qualified baker, I spent 4 years waking up at midnight to go bake bread at a family run bakery in Tugun.

4. I have the biggest golden retriever energy, wont catch me being serious for too long!

5. I am my biggest critic!

6. Will literally pull my car over if I see cows on the side on  the road.

7. Im a Leo, I'm sure the hair gave that away and yes its all real and HEAVY.

8. Recently learnt to tie a cherry stem with my teeth, very impressed with myself.

9. Gold Coast born and bred but my heart belongs in the cold weather, anything under 10 degrees I'm one happy gal

10. I am in a relationship, we've been together for 5 years and he is the best person on his planet, mainly because he puts up with my crazy butt!
